Thank you for visiting my site. In the spirit of simplicity I am maintaining one site for both Empowered Parent Plan and my Watercolour Art. Feel free to contact me at the email address provide for more information.
I have a Master's Degree and an extensive background in Education, including many years of classroom experience, diversity education and workshop facilitation. I'm also a parent and a grandparent.
I understand that children can be challenging, and that it isn't always easy to know who to turn to when you feel like you are losing control.
I can help you with your child's behaviour, teach you the basics of understanding behaviour or consult with you regarding your child's learning challenges.
I am also able to coach or consult individuals or groups regarding behaviour and learning.
I have both taught students and facilitated learning for teachers in the area of literacy. I have a strong understanding of current practices and an in-depth knowledge of learning differences that can impede literacy development.
I am a watercolour artist specializing in Plein Air painting. I have numerous works for sale and offer courses in watercolour 1:1 or small group using a video conferencing platform. Contact me by email for details.
